Central cuisines from places like Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan etc... effected a lot of other cuisines. I was watching a documentary about this.
Mughal south asian, Iranian, Turkish and many middle eastern cuisines were all effected by central asian way of cooking, of course then these cusines were diversified by adding local spices and flavors
