Cassini provided datat and pictures of Saturn and its amyn moons. The gargantuan ring system. The lakes of Titan. The ice geysirs of Enceladus and the mysterious great wall of Iapetus
but evry story has an end... her fuel runs low now. To avoid that Saturns moons get contaminated by eartsh bacteria...Cassini will fire her engines one last time at April 26th which will allow it to make some extreem low orbits on Saturn. Cassini will fly between Saturn and its rings. An area totally unknown to mankind. Cassini will get closer to Saturn than ever before.
Then in September the grand finale will start and Cassini will fall into Saturns atmosphere. Cassini will try to hold her antenna towards earth until the very end to send data...
