Can Aircraft Sabotaged By U.S At HKIA Be Fixed?

The aircraft that have been sabotaged by U.S at HKIA can they be fixed and put back into service? Or could other countries such as Chinese be interested in studying some of U.S helicopters?

For example U.S troops sabotaged MH60 aka Blackhawks but the Chinese are now making copies of Blackhawks. Could Chinese spares fix those birds for IEA?

Cessna 208 I believe PAA has MRO or maintenance expertise for them.

Super Tucano also uses same Turboprop engines as Cessna 208 Caravans.

Mi17 I'm sure any country in neighborhood can fix.

Chinooks and MD530s are the outliers honestly.

China has been operating Blackhawks since 1983 without any support or spare parts from the US. what do you think?

In the Vietnam War, China obtained Chinooks from Vietnam, and in 1980, China bought a Chinooks from the USA. Through reverse research on Chinooks, China was preparing to make a Chinese version of Chinooks. But later, the PLA thought that it did not need to support Chinooks and gave up development China-Chinooks.

PLA prefers Russian heavy helicopters.

I don't think China has the ability to imitate Chinooks in the 1980s. When China has the ability to copy, China has preferred Russian helicopters.

Chinooks is not on the US sales ban list. Boeing even produced a Chinook painted for China marketing activities.

Dude unless you were living under a rock you would have heard about the Tienanmen square massacre. This stopped Western/Chinese co-operation. If you look into the JF17's development you will see how it initially involved Grumman.

Pakistan could consider buying Taliban C-130. I think Pakistan has the ability to find a way to repair these aircraft.

Pakistan has been able to manufacture its own 4G fighters, main battle tanks, warships, submarines and other capabilities. There are no more than 10 countries in the world with these capabilities at the same time.
I don't think Pakistan can run all weapons manufacturing. Only four countries in the world have such capacity. Pakistan cannot avoid buying weapons from abroad.

If Pakistan wants to do that, Pakistan needs the support of a large number of Islamic countries, such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey, etc. Pakistan will build weapons factories, and let these countries obtain shares and operate all weapons production in F35 mode. However, doing so will harm the interests of the USA.

Talibs might get these planes repaired in an Iran-Contra style money for spares deal once they get access to some money, and if they need these planes that bad, versus buying new planes from China, once they are recognized. Y-9s, JL-9, and Z-19s modified for high altitude maybe possible in a few years, as well as Chinese air defense systems. Chinese radars maybe possible ASAP.

so these aircraft will probably be sold for parts and to earn hard currency. North Koreans may want to MD-530s, they have a small fleet they would want to maintain with spare parts, although the US should support the sale to Pakistan for CT ops by the FC, with parts support.

the US should help the Talibs maintain a small fleet of the A-29s though, probably in the single digits, so the Talibs can take on ISIS on their own. Considering the blowback the drones strikes are causing, it would be prudent to coordinate CT Ops with the government on the ground.

the real reason is the decline of the soviet union, and thus the US had reduced need for china to fight the soviets. (zero need after 1991)

relations would again improve later because the chinese, turns out, is really good at making things for cheap, so in the interest of businesses, things turned fair again. and more recently china has gotten too powerful and thus now has the capability to threaten american hegemony(whether china intends to or not) and thus relations are nose diving and will likely stay bad until one of them becomes much more powerful than the other and the losing side stands down. or you know, aliens invade and they are forced to work together.

The Chinese and Pakistanis certainly know the 89 incident.
We paid a high price to stop the civil strife instigated by the CIA in China, and Pakistanis have also paid a high price for supporting China. The USA promotes sanctions against China at the UN. Only two countries still support China, one is Cuba and the other is Pakistan. At that time, even North Korea left us.
So the USA then imposed sanctions on Pakistan, that sanction is because of our drag down . We will not forget our brothers who still firmly supported us in the most dangerous times. That is why we will always support Pakistan.
