Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov arrived in Sri Lankathis evening (October 31) on a two day state tour.
He is expected to hold discussions with Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa tomorrow (November 01). The two leaders will discuss several issues related to the bilateral ties between the two countries.
Bulgariais a member country of both North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and the European Commission.
The Bulgarian President is accompanied by his wife Zorka, and several Ministers including Minister of Economy and Energy, Minister of Culture, Minister of Labor and Social Policy, MPs, Deputy Ministers and Directors of executive agencies in Bulgaria.
