Brimstone missile on Boeing Apache AH 64E the real first shot

This missile is a beast.
In the continuity of the Lancaster House treaties (Accords de Lancaster House) signed in 2010 sought to boost the bilateral and industrial cooperation between France and the UK,France agreed to consider an order for the MBDA Brimstone 2 guided missile to arm the Tiger attack helicopter.
The integration of the missile is considered as a significant option for the coming upgrades of our Tiger helicopters.

meh I don't know about adding brimstone to the Apache is cost effective. doesn't the hellfire longbow already fill this role??


adding it to drones and super hornet make sense though.

Is it going to equip indian army's apaches ?

the muricans loved the brimstone missile. and considerd getting them to replace their hellfires. but the idea fell.

in my opinion its the worlds best anti tank missile.
are we buying the tiger choppers?
i doubt the indians have deep enough pockets to fork out for a missile that costs over £100,000.00 each
the brimstone 2...........heck the saudis will have a hard time trying to realise how expensive they are.

has france confirmed there getting the brimstone or is it just an upgraded on the tigers to eventually get them.

France has pledged to study the integration of the missile on the future Tiger upgrade called "Mark 3". (After 2020)
An order is also considered.
Actually,our Tigers are using american Hellfire.

As of now only the Hellfire has been ordered for the Indian AH-64Es but as orders grow and the Indian armed forces develop their understanding of the Apache they could be looking for Brimstone intergration.
