Anyone who's sponsoring or cheering for this "war" in Panjshir is a psychopath. This is not in Afghanistan's interest. What is the end goal here? Lets say the NRA wins Panjshir.. Ok then what next? Are they going to aim for rest of Afghanistan? Are they going to use this win to force Taliban to be included in the Gov? Taliban are not going to share power they fought 20 years for.

Best case scenario; these people in Panjshir surrender and Talibs don't execute them. Worst case scenario this war goes on for next few months or years and thousands of people loose their lives and in the meanwhile ISIS and other extremist plus groups gain a foothold using this chaos. Only country that gets to benefit from this situation is India.

Even U.S don't want it is Iran and India on behest of these two they are ready to get slaughtered.
