Which city? I get 4MB perfectly fine here in Karachi. Contact them and find out if you can get upgraded to fiber.

In some areas PTCL work and in some it sucks! Its on your luck but if you are not the lucky one then you will find that PTCL support is pathetic.

PTCL is fine in usage but really sucks when it comes to customer support i use ptcl myself in karachi it works fine from beginning but now it bugs me every second of my life. whenever i call to helpline they told me to call for line repair but no luck in ptcl everything depend on telephone line which is working since 70s without maintenance. If your tele line is working okay then net will work fine.. Before joining ptcl broadband keep in mind that you wont get customer support. Qubee is best in customer support but net volume is limited wateen too has limited net volume.

9.1 mb, 3-4 mb tou atti hi hogi, waise my friend has it, he says its best option among all.

4mb is actually not the speed but the bandwidth you get.

PTCL works fine in main cities like Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Karachi. But it has some issues in other countries. Still I would suggest that PTCL is best.
