AW-101 VVIP Helos for PM

I was wondering if the deal to buy 12 AW-101 helos had actually been confirmed and signed. if so when is there likely induction date and is there still the possiblity of its cancellation as I've heard their were many grumbles from the Finance ministry about this detail. thank you.
