The Turkish government spokesman said the reports on an alleged agreement between the PKK's Syrian affiliate the People's Protection Units (YPG) and the Assad regime to send troops to Syria's Afrin to fight against Turkey were not true.

Speaking after the Cabinet meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and gov't spokesman Bekir Bozdağ said Turkey is following the situation closely and there has been no official confirmation from Damascus over reports on the regime's involvement in Afrin.

"If the Assad regime forces enter Afrin it would give green light to dividing Syria, such a move would cause 'disaster' in the region and have serious consequences."

. . .
There were lot of false stories I thought I should make things a bit clear. Assad consider USA enemy and Assad will negotiate with Turkey that is my analysis.

Who cares man... Let them fight i say

. .
Nope they should not fight it is for the betterment of Syrian people.

Nobody asks them.

No foreigner can help them regardless what.

Its a lost cause.

By now everyone in the world is tangled in that mess. You need jesus to solve this mess. So just let it go.

.
And nobody asks you if we should fight Assad or not. I never understand the hunger of warmongering of foreigner citizens, they constantly want to see Turks fight Assad. For what? If you want to fight him, you go and fight yourself.

@BHarwana I'm no mod, but seriously there is a thread for this operation. You post in it too. Why another thread?

Sorry for posting it separate but there were too many false news about this matter on the internet so I decided to make a separate thread.
