Arrest Warrants of Uzair Baloch, Baba Ladla, 22 Others issued

KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court Karachi Monday issued arrest warrants of Peoples Aman Committee (PAC) chief Uzair Baloch, Habib Jan Baloch, Noor Mohammad alias Baba Ladla and 22 others.
The hearing of case pertaining to murder of former SHO Fawad Khan and others during Lyari operation was heard in ATC Karachi.
According to details, the witness has identified Ameen Buledi in attempted murder case while accused in Arshad Pappu murder case former SHO Javed Baloch was sent to 7-day remand.
During the hearing, the court issued arrest warrants of Uzair Baloch, Habib Baloch, Noor Mohammad aka Baba Ladla and 22 others and ordered to produce them in the court on October 3.
Abdur Rehaman aka Zakir Dada, Zubair Baloch, Shahjahan Baloch and other accused were produced before the court while Faisal Pathan and other eight accused were absconders in the Arshad Papu murder case.
