Arm self-amputation story of a canyoneer/hiker Aron Raltson

Hiker /climber Aaron Raltson wrote about his experience in his autobiography named between rock and hard. He was exploring blue john canyon, usa, during which he met an accident where a 360 kg boulder smashed his right arm against rock wall. The hiker couldnot pull it out and remained stuck for five days in the spot till he used his knowledge of troque to break his decomposing arms bones and amputated it. The incident was also dramatized into a film seven years back called "127 hours".
