Not every Venezuelan lives in Venezuela.

Funny you say that. An average venezuelan is far far richer than an average Pakistani, about 5-10 times richer. Smartphones or internet are not really measures of wealth. They are under an embargo and cannot import smartphones and foreign companies cannot set up 3g/4g networks there. That doesn't mean they are doing worse than you.
