are scots more polite than english???

i found scots more polite during my visit to glasgow, i also found more aged people there than usual in england as i live in england, i also found them more attractive but glasgow was dirtier than normal english cities, please answer my question thanks

Polite? Yeah they might be or maybe your felt that way because of their sweet accent but attractive? I don't think so. Have you seen scottish' grils' teeth? YUCK! Most of them wear braces, we don't make stereo types for no reason.

i met two-five scottish women, and they were both beautiful and friendly, and no their teeths were fine , men were very helpful too, often scots gave a smile and seemed more polite than english people normally, i avoid whites socially and most of them just i need some directions or small help, but i found scots more polite and smiling

though i found more of them aged, and my return from glasgow to london had most of them oldies :S

Glasgow has the worst alcohal and life expectancy rates in western Europe. The scots i met have all been friendly they are a proud people and love football and rugby. Edinburgh is lot more nicer city in Scotland it has many historic buildings and is quite a chic place to live with expensive real estate.

god there were too many pubs....., esp one under central station :S

but y i found too many aged, thats wierd, most of my return journey mates were aged :S ,,, y??

but i was just in the town/city centre, so i cant say how many scots i met and how many tourists as there r many tourists

Also there is lot of crime there and big rivaly between Celtic and Rangers football clubs I think some areas are no go places if you support the wrong team.

ohh yeah, i had heard abt crime there, i was worried in the beginning, but i was just in the city centre.., i never went to the other side of the river

one more unusual experience was the starring people, why people starred at me, like a long glance, were they high racists or what???, many people starred at me while i walked on busy argyle or buchannan streets :S

some where i asked a lady in the vodaphone shop, where was the internet cafe, she said, sorry o dont know this is mobile shop no internet, and many other salesmen were starring on me, then, when i turned to leave the shop one guy like loud speaker declared, 63 argyle street!!!! number 63!!!!!!!!! and i said woow!!

mmm not sure did you see many apna in the city centre? because Glasgow has big asian population also so seeing a brown guy would be normal to them so im suprised why u were being stared at,

ya because vodaphone is mobile phone shop yar thats why they must have known you are out of towner thats why maybe they stare at you
