Animal slaughtering, skins can be a good finance for terror group during Eid Azha

Pakistan should impose a ban on slaughtering animals on the roadside and the collection of skins should be transparent & legal.

some people and organisations asking for hides using loudspeakers during Eid Azha. In some cases, citizens are even harassed & pressurized to collect the hides of sacrificed animals.

MQM Political party and different Religious Organizations have been collecting billions Rs since long time during every Eid ul Azha.

my question is really simple.
i want to know is there any transparent & legal mechanism in Pakistan for collecting billions Rs during Eid ul Azha OR any one is free to collect animal skins & the heap of hides that can be used by terrorists to conceal explosives.
