Abu Azrael
recent times have seen an emergence of a fighter from the chaos in Iraq, that has picked up a following and legendary status among the people of Iraq in their fight against the death cult. this guy was formally wanted by the Americans during their Iraqi occupation but now even they reluctantly praise him for rallying the Iraqis and giving them hope in their fight against ISIS. a former university lecturer and taekwando expert is a known figure among the local in the fight against ISIS. in the absence of an effective military leadership and dismal governance from Baghdad it was only natural that people were going to find their heroes from out of no where. for Kurdish it was preshmerga resistance against Daesh terrorists where men and women joined together to fight off the Daesh onslaught.
the Iraqi people regardless of their faith or religion have made facebook and web pages in his tribute. he appears with a sharpened axe and an M4 assault rifle. on the front lines among other fighters, demolishing ISIS and mocking them on the radio confiscated from their dead comrades.
it hurts ISIS and their internet supporters across the globe even more that he is member of a shia militia group and has sworn to eliminate ISIS.

Ayyub Faleh al-Rubaie, known by his nom de guerre Abu Azrael (Arabic: ابو عزرائيل, literally "Father of Azrael"), also known as the "Angel of Death", is a commander[1] of the Kataib al-Imam Ali, an Iraqi Shi'amilitia group of the Popular Mobilization Forces that is fighting ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) in Iraq.[2] He has become a public icon of resisting ISIL in Iraq with a large following on social media.[3]
His motto and catchphrase is "illa tahin" (إلا طحين), meaning "[nothing remains] but flour", that is, he would pulverize ISIL militants until nothing remains of them but powder.
there is naturally also criticism and hatred directed towards him due to sectarian reasons and also due to ISIS support on the social media but his frequent appearances in videos and photos with his signature triumphant smile and the rallying cry to defeat ISIS leaves wahabis and ISIS supporters burn inwardly.
