Actually everybody understands. But the corporate sector, which is mining in Afghanistan, belonging to any country on face of earth, the weapon manufacturers and dealers and of course the people who are the beneficiary of the war in Afghanistan will never ever either admit this or let this war end. USA is a victim in my eyes, rather than an aggressor now. Everybody is looting USA specially her partners around the globe.

Any military tactician worth their salt knows the limitations in fighting an insurgency, it's always the politicians and other self interested parties who try to come up with stupidly simple solutions to complex political, societal and cultural conflicts.
