An easier article posting system

It would be welcome if PDF could have an article posting system where the user could provide a link and then the system would fetch and display the article, instead of having to upload the article manually.

Some websites allow their content to be copied/shared, but others restrict the ability and even ask for membership while reading an article. This would need bypassing the restrictions which will violate their copyrights if I am not wrong.
