It's a good phone. Switched over from LG. Continuous upgrades & support, specs for price, design. bought thanks to the buying power of BBK.

Only issues is the lack of carriers so far, AT&T, TMobile, Verizon (in progress). And the pricing gong forward. BBK's positioning of RealMe to take over the low-cost high-quality niche of OnePlus will be interesting.

Since most Americans buy their phones from the carrier stores, only having TMobile be the exclusive retailer for 7 Pro does limit sales. But given no store held the phone...

That memory is Samsung
That camera is Sony
The Front and back Glass is US
And so on... Even the battery pack is from SK+CN conglomerate...

In all Honesty even if I have doubt about Huawei...At least that what we can call a "True Brand"...
A brand who at least try to make a true "CN brand"...

Can’t aay there was any buzz at work or anywhere about people wanting to buy a OnePlus. It would be interesting to see if there were any lines at other locations...

Doent matter. So does all the companies. Its hardware architecture and software defines the phone in this day and age. Every top mobile uses Snapdragon 845 or now 855. But their speed and performance arent comparable to One plus yet. Its the software they specialize in.

Most other brands produce their phones in the same fashion. Samsung is king of OLED screens. There is a reason why Apple is forced to use Samsung OLED screens. Others excel in their respective fields.

OnePlus has an excellent new mobile phone. So were their previous phones. It offers true bang for buck. High end specs for a relatively affordable price. Although this new phone is higher priced in comparison to earlier models.

Yes, Many "Brands" are like that... but it doesn't mean they should be hailed by ppl... like the 1+...

And no... 1+ speed isn't only software...But thanks to Samsung UFS3.0 memory... and Oxygen stripped to almost a stock Android...
Ppl seems to see such "Speed" as if they gonna gain 1min over the competition... But instead it's like 5%+ speed overall AND only for specific tasks...

Trust me I was like you wondering what the issue with people praising this one.. Until I saw my friend using one plus 3 or 4 and using it even today without much decrease in speed and other stuff... For Android users, having that kinda phone is a rarity...

1+ comes with a 2.0 usb cable...

Praise shall be where it belongs...I do agree 1+ "OLD motto" of Flagship Killer /Optimization and Price was Good.
But that ended with the 6... and now the 7pro.

It isn't a flagship killer anymore... it's a simple flagship... Since 1+ Mother Company begun to push Realme/Vivo in that place.
If you check today S10/+ prices to that 1+... They are similar...
Not gonna speak about after sell support... Where 1+ is non-existent...

Same like iphone ... assembly too according to your logic.

Learn first what assembly is .... assembly means just integrating components according to instruction and design from someone else, and only carry the someone else brand.

Another type is : rebranding (google it). Much more advanced than that : research, design and engineering ... this is what apple and 1+ do
