Have you guys tried PC flight sim games in 3D Anaglyph mode (With red/blue specs)? It's just amazing! It can't get more real than this. You'd of course need to download the small free iZ3D file and you're ready to go!! And 3D means you get the depth and stuff coming out of your screen!! Mind boggling effects!
There's also Microsoft Flight Simulator X. Both are fantastic! However, you can also use iZ3D for ANY game and play it in real 3D! (You'd need to wear the Red/Blue glasses that can be even made at home using colored paper over a spectacle frame)
