ISLAMABAD: The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) called upon all political parties to respect the May 11 verdict given by the people and observe maximum restraint.
In a press statement on Monday, it said that taking note of protests by some political parties against the results, the HRCP wanted to remind all parties that the democratic process which had been revived in the country must not be disrupted.
The commission claimed that upon its findings, it did not find any credible evidence of large-scale or systematic rigging in the country.
