My last education in Pakistan was my F.Sc from Gordon College Rawalpindi, and Jang Building Murree Road was on my way home, my dads first cousin used to work in Jang (may Allah rest his soul in peace) and often I visited him, I am talking about late 80s, I have seen Hamid Mir on a motorcycle, later on a khattara Mazda.
During Musharraf Era I came to Pakistan and a friend of mine working in UBL personal loan Deptt showed me his salary slip which was pretty high 500k per month but not high enough.
My in-laws gifted us a farm house in chak shehzad somewhere between 97-99, I think the year is 2002 during my visit to Pakistan and the farm house when I saw Hamid Mir setting up his farm house two streets away from our farm house, he purchased all sorts of exotic (very expensive) birds it is like a palace, what I am trying to establish is that no salaried person could afford to purchase a house/farmhouse there unless there is some other source of income a significant one. In Jang though he has always been close to the Mirs yet he enjoys the reputation of a corrupt. So anything he says I don't believe him, his father, brother too was/is very shady characters.
Shareef's is altogether a thesis worth of character, I have interacted with them thrice (have met both brothers and munshi) and every time I felt more disgusted.
As for MullaFazool what if mulla sb gets real sick and needs treatment abroad just when the dharna is around the corner. Powers be don't want to shake the system although they have reservations about Punjab CM and a few cabinet members but beyond that nothing.
Same speaker senate whom powers be and PTI saved he is wreaking havoc against India at international forums of parliamentarians. If I were to look into the future I would keep a close eye at Chairman Senate, Sarfraz Bugti, Murad Saeed, CM Balochistan, Qasim Suri they have a bright future.
While media is doing a daily m*jra about dharna, has anyone analysed why this dharna coincides with Kashmir Conflict, hasnt the coverage of the later gone down drastically. Whose interests are being served.
