Three red tapers (1 x Lt Gen, 1 x newly promoted Maj General, 1 x Brigadier ) were martyred in a crash. They were flying in the helicopter for the sake of public amid preparations taken for floods.

This unfortunate vehicle accident is almost similar in the line of duty but was carrying jawans only.
