30 Cities Model - reforms needed to make a Naya Pakistan

Pti government should bring in new laws and make reforms in 30 big cities of Pakistan.

Naya Pakistan reform Agency.
Make 30 Model High courts in all these cities, Make 30 new Model police stations
New police force and judges trained to run these. Make a new security agency to help the police, Modern police lab to assist the agency.

Let these people deal with serious political cases, rape cases, kidnapping cases, blasphemy cases, land grabbing cases, murder cases, terrorism, terrorism financing.

The people of Pakistan will get a taste of what justice is like, then slowly over the next 10 years bring in more courts and police stations in to this new modern system.

Reforming a corrupt and dead old system could take 100years, so its better to leave it as it is and bring a new modern system. Start slowly and then expand it all over the country from the 30 cities.

Under old system:
We have been reading alot about corruption in Pakistan, the fake cases, misuse of law, big political fishes getting away with corruption, corruption in Benazir Income Support, judges making fake cases or releasing the guilty, flour crises, food crises, medical crises.

Is there any law in Pakistan which the Pakistan government can invoke and remove these sellout judges?. They need to reform the judiciary system and bring in new educated judges. People who will deliver according to the law, people who will punish the corrupt and terrorist. This was the reason why the military courts came in to being because our regular courts were releasing all the terrorists and their funders. We must still have 1000s of terrorist and corrupt people roaming freely because the courts, police, lawyers took bribes and released them.

This had not happened because we all know the judges, police, lawyers and politicians have relations, they sit together at weddings, private parties, meetings, even powerful bureaucrat attend these functions. These people will never let reforms take place because their own power and money making scheme will end.

What we need is proper common law legal system.
Not the colonial bullshit we inherited.

We need jury trials.
This will take all the powers out of the hands of the corrupt judges and give it to the people.

We also need to reformat the legal system.

Here is what Canadian system looks like (remember, it's also based on common law)

This way, no stupid high courts are interfering with supreme court judgments.

Every court has its mandate and limitations.

Finally, we need a strong bar that hold lawyers accountable and isn't just a gang for lawyers to kill hospital patients.


These 3 reforms will fix majority of the legal problem in Pakistan.

Good system. I am wondering why the government is not making reforms and to me it feels like their are alot of powerful people in Pakistan who are backwards and do not support these reforms.
You can clearly see this if you join a school, hospital or even a Masjid and try to bring in changes and reforms, you will see snakes standing in your path and small minded people challenging you.

Ironically Tehrik-e-Insaf's focus has not been on Insaf in the past 16-18 months of government. I was hoping that overwhelming reforms would have been initiated in our stupid judicial system that even open courts on a weekend to give swift "justice" to the corrupt looters and plunderers, while aam admi has to wait for decades to get justice.


To give an example from my own family, my grandfather and his brother co-owned a shop in Saddar, Karachi which they had rented out to someone. After their demise the renter through forged papers made it seem that he is the owner. It took best part of 3 decades for the case to resolve in the courts, heck the case started when I was in my diapers and now I'm a full grown man with a wife.
