No one can completely rely on an agreement. UN charter says no one can annex part of another country by occupation and look what Israel did just because it can.

UNO is the most unfair and useless organisation which has become obsolete and must be replaced with something new. That's why I said, they have arrangement with their neighbours or some of those are too unimportant that no one bothers to take over them.
