Dont know about singh, but fact is, there are plenty of foreign men and women from all over the world working in India. Not to mention the vast number of students in various universities like Manipal, Lovely....etc
Its not 'typical' . Plenty of single foreign women back pack across India every day ( alone or in a group ) without getting 'raped' or 'harmed' .
I have even seen women (foreign and local :lol: ) walking around drunk late at night in places like goa, Bangalore and kerala without the slightest...
