Pakistan to install air defence system at Pak-Afghan border

What kind of logic is that!? Let's say you were diagnosed with a disease and you sat on it for a couple of years and the doctors have told you that if you don't treat it now, it'll kill you a in few years, what would you do? Would you do something about it or just say "Just because I haven't...

Pakistan Air Force shuts airspace over southern Punjab, flights diverted

"We've been told that the imposition of a No Fly Zone in South Punjab region especially in Multan was because of the Pakistan-China war games taking place nearby. The strategic exercise requires certainty of no external aerial interference, hence this decision was taken." - Terminal X

American attack aftermath: Pakistan declares attack a 'plot'

Nobody in Pakistan is under any illusion with respect to Russia. Russia will squeeze NATO's balls for its own benefit. Pakistan did not block NATO's transit route for the benefit of Russia and Russia will not block the NDN for Pakistan's benefit. But both Pakistan and Russia benefit collaterally...

American attack aftermath: Pakistan declares attack a 'plot'

    1. Pakistani trade with China through the Karakoram Highway only uses trucks. No rail, no ships. So no repeat offloading and onloading. 2. Russia and Iran both have influence in Azerbaijan. 3. Russia does not give warnings without purpose. Russia and China also have an overriding...

American attack aftermath: Pakistan declares attack a 'plot'

A route as risky as Pakistan in the unstable Caucuses with Iran to the south, Russia to the north. Also, they would have to offload the cargo in Georgian ports, upload it again in Azerbaijani ports, then offload it again in Turkmenistan. Countries they would have to deal with: Turkey, Georgia...

American attack aftermath: Pakistan declares attack a 'plot'

What a strategic masterstroke from Russia! Russia will exact a heavy monetary, political, diplomatic and strategic price from NATO, which will render NATO's so-called "Northern Distribution Network" monetarily, politically, diplomatically and strategically unviable for NATO. In simpler...

    Notify PAF Aircraft Crashes

GEO TV, which is part of The News/Jang Group, is no longer saying it is a JF-17. That was the initial report.

    Notify PAF Aircraft Crashes

It was a two-seat FT-7P. Just saw from the wreckage on TV. The pilot's parachute didn't open.

    Dubai Airshow 2011

I want to know the name of the idiot in the PAF who came up with the idea of putting artwork on the JF-17 tail and fuel tanks. It's crap and distracts from the aircraft. If I wanted to see cartoons, I'd buy a comic book.

    Dubai Airshow 2011

    1. It's being displayed by SAAB, not PAF. 2. The Pakistan Flag is on the tail.

Indian chopper forced to land in Olding, Pakistan, after violating airspace

There was one incident in the past where an Indian helicopter landed on a Pak military base near Siachen by mistake. There was a snow storm and the Indians were thinking they were landing on an Indian base and the Pakistanis thought it was a Pak Army helicopter (both use the same helicopters)...

Indian chopper forced to land in Olding, Pakistan, after violating airspace

It's a lazy Sunday afternoon in Pakistan and we just force-landed your military helicopter and took into custody four Indian military personnel. It's better than discussing golf. Also, if Indians had done the same, you have been discussing this to death over your media.

Indian chopper forced to land in Olding, Pakistan, after violating airspace

If Pakistan returns the helicopter to India, it would be a first. The practice so far has been to return humans but not hardware.

Indian chopper forced to land in Olding, Pakistan, after violating airspace

Yes, as a matter of fact I have gone as far as Dansam near the LoC and I have trekked from Astore to K2 base camp twice, which is near Siachen. I'm not even mentioning Azad Jammu Kashmir where I've been about a dozen times.
