Whatever be but its "The Thing" will be big enough to give pain in your ***.
And your arrogant hypocrisy will do much harm than mine. !

Lets be clear on this before i get banned and this thread deleted. I asked a simple suggestion if something was feasible. You and your like wasted this thread. But i will come again and i know that you will recognize me even in some different avtar. Lots of things to settle beta ! :azn...
Good to know. Now we should implement an river interlinking project, build dams on these river and divert the water to other drought affect states. Thats all i am saying.
You should have read my post once before blaming. I never said anything about upper riparian rivers. They are impossible to divert. I am saying about rivers in Punjab which are termed as Indian rivers according to the treaty.
Yes there is a lot of unused water flowing into sea in Pakistan. I never denied that. I am just more bothered about ... lets forget it. I am too tired to explain again and again.
Thats why i provided you links. You should have read it one. From the link.
After Pakistan's application was first rejected, the court asked India late September to stop constructing any permanent works that would inhibit restoration of the river. While India cannot construct the dam, they can...
I am least bothered about what it is used for other side or it uselessly flow into the sea. All along I am talking on one simple thing. Why cant SOME of this water could be channelled to drought affected states of India even if it takes to break the treaty.
Dear Sire ... All along in my debate i never brought the case of upper riparian rivers. All along i was talking about rivers in Punjab (Known as Indian rivers by the treaty) I provided the two links in reply to Joe where he asked for any projects that have been stalled because of Pakistan...
But this is not an excuse to explain why they break those treaties. And what about engagement rules of geneva convention. That applies for all. (Dont want go in detail into that.)
My simple point > If other party does not respect a treaty ... we also should not.
Kishanganga Hydroelectric Plant
Baglihar Dam ... and there are many more. Now Pakistan has made a habit of reporting every Indian plan of making Dams to WB. Every such move delays Indian projects to at least 8-10 years.
SHow me any of my comments where i said that chinese don't respect...
And on the ground of humanity i am saying that we must stop this treaty and channel some water to other areas where there is scarcity o water. Indians are human as well.
I never suggested to stop water to Pakistan. 80% of Indian waters flow into Pakistan and then wasted into the sea.
We cant...
I am not talking about using this as a weapon but simply suggesting that channelling a small quantity of that wasted water can be an enormous help for poor farmers.
