I think it would be better if Philippine Air Force bought the Z-9 than the Polish W-3 Sokol, since Z-9 can be armed with cannons and rocket pods, which would be useful against insurgents. The Filipino W-3 are only armed with M60 machine guns, which isn't really helpful.
