Tanks are not obsolete. Here's why.

"Tank gun technology will also evolve in the near future. The most likely technology to take over tank cannons in the future is electrothermal-chemical cannons (ETC). Many suggest that larger rounds are the way to go, however, that means that fewer rounds can be carried. Railguns are another...

Altay & Turkish Main Battle Tank Programs

Probably all of them, doubt there's any point leaving them naked - that is unless there is a different type of upgrade already in planning stage. But honestly I think we should upgrade all of them. They are sitting ducks in their current form.

A Syrian plane has delivered arms to Libya, likely carrying replacements for destroyed Pantsir SAMs

An alliance between Turkic nations, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Qatar and some others is possible. However most of the major Arab nations are just causing havoc. They are afraid that once their oil finishes they'll be nothing. Don't know what their end goal is, but their behaviour is appalling.

A Syrian plane has delivered arms to Libya, likely carrying replacements for destroyed Pantsir SAMs

https://www.*************************/post/a-syrian-plane-has-delivered-arms-to-libya-likely-carrying-replacements-for-destroyed-pantsir-sams I personally don't think the problem is exclusive to Pantsirs. Didn't Turkey destroy other Russian air defence systems in Syria?

    Çay Bahçesi

Sorry but diversity just leads to collapse. It's stupid. If you think that diversity made the Ottomans strong then you have been lied to. Imagine if the Russian empire had 25% Russians and 75% others. Today Russia would be a relatively small nation. If Turks converted or killed all the people...

    Çay Bahçesi

How do you expect me to support a party which took away the right for our soldiers to wear Göktürk script patches? These men are dying for their nation and AKP doesn't even give them the right to do such a simple yet symbolic thing because it's "racist" apparently. If people who aren't Turk...

Tengrism was only really rediscovered in 90s and is quickly regaining popularity as it spreads through the internet. I'm a Tengrist myself. The truth is that we knew every little about Turkic history or identity decades ago. That's got nothing to do with Erdoğan.

    Çay Bahçesi

You seem misguided. I don't have the time to explain myself properly so I'll just make some points. During Atatürk's time they started teaching students the old Turkic alphabet. Due to the Soviet Union little was known about Turkic history up until the collapse in the early 90s. That's when...

That's what they want. But young Turks are leaving religion rapidly. Imam Hatips and AKP in general are scaring people away from Islam. That's not to say that everyone leaving religion is going in the right path. Liberal leftism is just as bad. Welcome back by the way.

Featured Egypt has threatened to push Turkey out of Libya. But is that even possible?

They have the AIM-7P Sparrow (I think that's what it's called), but it is very outdated and isn't fire and forget.

Featured Egypt has threatened to push Turkey out of Libya. But is that even possible?

Turkey is ready. Egypt won't be able to contain Turkey no matter how much money they receive from Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Featured Egypt has threatened to push Turkey out of Libya. But is that even possible?

You clearly lack a fundamental understanding on the topic buddy. You are aware of the abysmal state of the Egyptian military right? You do realise that their air force, although large, is useless against a competent enemy? You understand that they have a single coastal route into Libyan cities...

Featured Egypt has threatened to push Turkey out of Libya. But is that even possible?

Have you been seen what the border is like? There is only a single coastal road between the two nations.

https://www.*************************/post/egypt-has-threatened-to-push-turkey-out-of-libya-but-is-that-even-possible Egypt should probably fix its Ethiopian dam problem before it tries to fight Turkey. If it seriously thinks it's gonna resolve this with military power then it's in for a rude...

    Turkish Politics & Internal Affairs

Apparently she was the mastermind behind their election strategy. Guys I think all parties have bad people in them. I know very little about Kaftancıoğlu so don't ask me about her but every single party, CHP, AKP, MHP IYI Parti, all of them, have people in them that need to be arrested. We...

Developments and Turkish operations in Libya

https://www.*************************/post/egypt-has-threatened-to-push-turkey-out-of-libya-but-is-that-even-possible Realistically Egypt can't do anything. No wonder they are stepping back.

Which stop gap fighter would you prefer for TurAF?

The new gov doesn't have to be pro-American... also you do realise that Erdoğan was pro-American for most of his rule. We need a fresh start in order to be able to procure arms until our defence industry is 100% independent. A new government wouldn't pull us out of Iraq, Syria or Libya...
