    IAF does not mind delays when it comes to foreign origins. No your are wrong. Putting money in Indian origin platforms like LCA, AMCA etc is considered a waste. On the other hand, a 25 yrs old foreign origin airframe with exorbitant upgrade cost and protracted upgrade period is not a waste!!!
