Hmm..it may seem you a lil complex:P you have to pass a lot of tests.. you must have a lot of knowledge.. some initial tests,interviews n med test etc.. then you get form for ISSB(it's the complex one), if you pass this..then some final interviews etc.. n now you are selected:P n pass...
