Currently, I don't think the Typhoon or Rafale have AESA; Typhoons currently use CAPTOR, which is pulse doppler, and Rafale has RBE2 which is a PESA. Secondly, consider that the J-10A/B will be the low end of PLAAF future hi-lo mix, whereas Typhoons and Rafales are the high end of RAF and ALA.
