Israel is issuing this warnings in order to avoid action. It hopes that the US and the other responsible countries will finally come to their senses and stop Iran. If the Israeli effort fails, Israel would probably try to stop it by itself, as the decision maker said.
The Palestinian issue is not relevant while the Iranian regime admits that his calls for the destruction of Israel will linger even if Israel would sign an peace agreement with the Palestinians.
