Ban is proposed on burqa (full veil) and not hijab (head covering or scarf).

Anything that covers your face whether it is burqa, ghoonghat, helmet, cloth/scarf etc. and hinders the recognition of people for security purposes must be banned. Now of course this cannot be implemented everywhere but the process should be started for people in hospitals, schools, government...
