The 3rd elevator makes big sense especially when there's a 3rd catapult on that side. Moving planes across the flight deck will place a big impact to the efficiency of the operations and the performance of the airwings. Type 003 is probably not as big as Nimitz, but it's surely larger than Type...

It will be huge disappointment if there's no elevator on the port side...

The vertical stabilizers can be lowered to horizontal position to form a complete flying wing. It's a cool design but difficult to implement probably.

According to the official report, the rover will start to work in a few days after landing. The first release will be very likely the pictures of the lander and the rover shot by each other. I think we will see the pictures next week.
