I recon this proposal, with the exception of Mianwali & Bhawalnagar. Mianwali, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal & Rawalpindi should be merged to form another province - POTHOHAR PROVINCE ....... Creation of new provinces are very important steps for the distribution of resources and devolution of power.

Province should be created, there is no dual opinion about it, but on what basis and for what ?? ... Pakistan is a multi-ethnic and multi-sectarian country, so if we start created provinces on the basis of past history, ethnicity, caste & language.... then obviously it will start a "never ending...
