Most importantly mm military definitely need to upgrade the basic infantary equipments like mag pouches and stuffs. The current pouches that mm soldiers use are really outdated. It is impossible for mm soldier to do speed reload with those fit sized waist pouches and rusty mags in close range...

They are the new regiment of Myanmar border guard forces. These are some random child soldiers from one of the many ethnic rebel groups. Myanmar military's arm patch is not like that. If I am not wrong, they look more like from TNLA or MNDAA.
