Since this thread is about rape in India, Indians like to deviate from the topic and bring in other countries. Indians should ask themselves why the focus on rape in India when rape occurs every where... They need to have self introspection.

I'm not in denial that the incredible India web site need to warn women about traveling in supa powa India. This is the mentality of the gov of India. Where women has less value and rights than a cow. Is that what the Indian people want?

US is safer for women. In India, only the heinous rape of younger children or rape accompanied by murder made the news. Or gang rape made the news. Or statements by Indian leaders such as rape by only two men does not count as gang rape made the news. US has more visitors than any other...
