^^ It doesn;t matter. China exposed itself yrs ago by arming Pakistan to the teeth. Anytime, India gained any advantage over Pakistan, China was there to supply weapon systems to counter India. Practicing will only serve to push India towards the West's camp. The choice is up to China.
