I don't know about other parts of Pakistan but here, in Lahore, I have seen many foreign people, mostly Chinese, in and around Township, Model Town, Shadman, Gulberg and some in Johar Town. I have also saw many Chinese workers including Chinese labours in Arfa Karim Technology Park.
