More like USA, i.e. United states of Indic peoples. Basically, the reason why is support it is because Muslims will be a very large minority, (maybe the majority in the future) of India, which will be a future power. They will be able to help and back other Muslim nations.

The Kowsar is not designed for Corvettes, it is designed for ships with a displacement of less than 200 Tons. Hezbollah didn't have any larger Anti-ship Missiles in 2006 although i am sure they do this time round.
