There is nothing wrong in giving nuclear energy to Pakistan but is being done by violating the rules that China has ascribed to. China, being a member of NSG cannot supply nuclear fuel to Pakistan as it is not a NPT member. If China wants to supply nuclear fuel to Pakistan, it needs to obtain a...

US-Vietnam discuss Nuclear deal - China concerned

What's wrong with US-Vietnam nuke deal. It will be used for generation of power rather than developing nukes. Vietnam being a NPT member has every right to the peaceful use of nuclear technology. Why is China getting its panties in a bunch??

India got the nuke deal in a legitimate way by the approval of IAEA and NSG. I'm sure no one will object if China-Pakistan take same route for the nuke deal instead of defying the international laws and striking back room deals.

    Whats Wrong with This?

I totally concur with this solution as I feel it is in best interests of India and Afghanistan. The only problem I see is that of implementation of such a solution with Taliban still lurking in Afghan-Pak border regions. Otherwise, it is a very sound solution.
