bro you are from DMC ?? ....it applies only to J1 exchange visitors ......h1b which are although very tough to get are exempt from this .... better yet marry a US citizen ..thats what I am planning ...
350 man you guys lucky ..I think in punjab clinical seats are less than 40 in general category and ...this time in punjab PGET one amazing thing happened ..all the opthalmology seats were in reserved category not a single seat in open ...
for creating additional PG course you need money which govt is not willing to spend ... even the current PG in my school havenot received their monthly stipend since last 4 months ....
and why is This only applied to Medical students ...why not all IIt IIM or engineering students ....short...
Bro ..just MBBS students without their Residency i.e PG are good for nothing ......what Indian government need to do is increase Postgraduation seats why would anyone leave India then......In US they have 8000 surplus postgraduation seats( UG-16000 AND PG-24000 ).....MBBS doctors are no better...
what an Idiot..
this is for all medical students both Private and Govt funded....
even if the US govt enforces this then the law can only be applicable to Indian citizens .....but what about if they get US citizenship in the middle of the residency ..then I don't think this will hold...
as I already said non medicos have no idea how the medical field works ......Between we have a course which is already 5.5 years duration ..you wanna make it 6.5 year...fine I will do that but after that I SHOULD BE FREE TO DO WHAT EVER I WANT ..go to US or Indian PG....I am willing to even pay...
only the people who are associated with medical profession can understand what it takes to become a good doctor .....by people I mean ...the people who are in general category ...there are very less number of post graduation seats available....huge chunk of that is taken by reserved quotas ...I...
haha ..bro just about to loose my mental balance ...MBBS is about to be finished.....and with this stupid decision of GOI ...postgraduation doesn't seem any near...:D
oh no I am in patiala nowadays ....I visited there for my electives rotations last winter ...
the BAN is only going to effect j1 visa holders....H1b are spared from this ......or unless you marry to a US citizen and get a green card... then that doesnot hold ..
look buddy ..thats exactly what I am saying ..put a bond in form of money even if it is a large amount ....not that you cannot practice in US..thats against my constitutional rights
okay fine vsdoc ..stop it now..I have had enough ..
The ban is only going to effect J1 exchange visitor visa ..not if you are sponsered h1b or green card holders.....
my ex is a US citizen ...I guess I am gonna have to talk to her again...:bounce:
Today is the day I WISH I was born in SC OR BC FAMILY ..wtf....this is making me go nuts ...
haha tuhadi kami rehgi si gaurav brah ...
you didnot reply to my post...since you belong to a reserved category ...can't belame you for supporting this system
just stop I need to get off my anger ...this is making me mad...
what do you mean I didn't get a seat in India ....I am still pursuing Internship in reputed school in Punjab ...
listen arshole even i GOT a 17 rank in afmc ......didnot go for interviews .......go **** you congressi maa chod...
5 lakh pulling numbers out of arse ..there are only around 240 thousand medical students that sit for exam each year...in 1990 it would be even less
even I cleared 6 out 7...
I got the chance because I worked for 2 years to get a 300 rank out of two lakh twenty thousand students .....you must be reserved category since you are supporting this....
