I saw a sort of documentry in which a Mil Mi-24 Hind shot down an aircraft with an Air-to-Air missile. Don't know much about that scenario but a Helicopter can shoot an Aircraft, it's not impossible, obviously the Aircraft has a clear edge over the heli but it depends also in which circumstances...
