Look at india? They keep getting limited toys from russia and stuff.. and they capable of making some fighters(not great but still). and then think about what turkey can do. Everything they buy and produce is full tech transfer. and 100% lincense.

They havent said it..yet.. But im pretty sure they can. Maybe not as good as americans ones.. but im sure they can develop 5th generation fighter. Look how many techs they gained. over the past decade.

LOL. Tooo expensive.. it only has some nice 5th gen features. and some limited stealth... I rather get f35 for about 90million. Which has more armament then f18.
