The Pakistani defence industry has a decently developed UAV industry. Many of these local UAV industries have already shown their desire and capability to be able to produce UCAVs if/when they get the support of the GoP/PA etc. Time isn't the issue. It's a matter of priorities and willingness.
Oh, we don't treat nukes like eggs pal. When we're asked how we will react when we're attacked from both ends you can expect Pakistan to react in some sort of manner. If that means using the nukes as a last resort then that will be the case. You don't need to lecture me about others using nukes...
