what are you talking about? lotta people do ICSE.. hell I did ICSE!!! only in 12th i changed to CBSE.. cuz boards are easier to prepare for with cbse... and i dunno if they come under government or not but government is still required to authorize and certify the syllabus.. I believe.. not sure...
