Well Prithivi is basically a Liquid fueled missile, and even if the SLBM be a liquid fueled one, (note the Shaurya is a solid fueled missile) a cruise missile have either a turbofan/turbojet or Ramjet/scramjet motor, I doubt on the credibility of the author.
