^ It does if with that 20000, the first family has the purchasing power of 55000 as compared to someone who earns 25000 and has a purchasing power of 35000.
This can be translated to Chinas condition.
The average Chinese earns ~3500USD p/y
But that Chinese guy has the purchasing power >10000USD.

Meh the future of the humanity, or atleast the humanity contained within the countries that develop such technology is in the planets and then the stars.
USA is the first to do it, other countries, China, Russia, Europe, India with their AVATAR will follow.
Pakistan has been trying to enter the SCO for a while. Hasn't happened yet.
India has been asked to join the SCO, they however don't want to, but might be forced to sooner or later.
I predicted this long ago:
in 10 years time, the US will offer the F-35 to Pakistan, and the F-22 to India, thus keeping the mil-ind going.
And there is as much chance of the F-22 getting into Indian hands as the F-35 into Pakistani.
I didn't know there was a distinction between universities and colleges.
Anyway I do medicine (considered the most difficult subject to get into) in the best University in my state in Australia, about 60% of the people doing it are Chinese/East Asian and 30% Indian.
Uh excuse me?
As I have said numerous times before, most people in this forum have never met any of the people from the countries they bag off.
I on the other hand have met and mixed with Indians and Pakistanis. And frankly I have not been very impressed with the Pakistanis.
My best...
