There have been no confirmed civilian casualties as a result of the international invention. Removing Gaddafi from power is not the objective of the intervention and not covering by the resolution (but of course would be a nice side effect if he were to leave out of his own volition) So much...

At least one Arab state is not only all take but actually willing to do more than demand and complain. It is a very good and important thing since the demand for a no-fly zone came from the Arab league! Maybe others will follow their example.
